There is something special about a wedding where everything happens in one beautiful location. No rushing between venues, no worrying about getting everyone from one place to another — just a day spent together, surrounded by the people you love and enjoying every moment.
Stacey and Mario chose the beautiful Yarrawonga Mulwala Golf Club Resort for their wedding ceremony and reception, creating the perfect setting for a relaxed day of celebrations with family and friends.
As a Yarrawonga wedding photographer, I love capturing weddings in locations like this. Every couple has their own personalities and their own way of celebrating, and my job is to capture all those moments that make their wedding uniquely theirs.
Getting Ready
Before the ceremony, Stacey was busy getting ready for the biggest part of the day, with her hair looked after by Kirstys Hair & Beauty and makeup by Grace Louise Makeup Artist.
Those quiet moments before the ceremony are always a wonderful mixture of excitement, anticipation and just a little bit of nervousness as everything starts to feel very real.
Then comes that moment when the final preparations are complete and it is time to go and get married!
A Wedding at Yarrawonga Mulwala Golf Club Resort
Stacey and Mario chose the Yarrawonga Mulwala Golf Club Resort as the setting for both their ceremony and reception, giving them a beautiful and relaxed backdrop for their wedding day.
Their ceremony was conducted by Linda Savy, helping Stacey and Mario make the commitment to spend their lives together in front of their family and friends.
For me, photographing a ceremony isn't simply about capturing the formalities. It's about all the little reactions happening around them — the looks between family members, the smiles, the laughter and those quiet moments between the couple themselves.
Those photographs become an important part of the story.
Celebrating Together
Once the ceremony was over, it was time to celebrate!
With the reception also held at the Yarrawonga Mulwala Golf Club Resort, Stacey and Mario and their guests could simply relax and enjoy the evening together.
The resort provided the catering, while Partyoz Entertainment kept the party atmosphere going.
And that's really what a wedding reception should be about — good food, good music, plenty of laughs and having all the important people in your life together in one place.
Photographing the Moments That Matter
When the day goes by so quickly, photographs become a way of slowing it all down again.
The big moments are important, of course — walking down the aisle, exchanging vows, the first kiss and celebrating as newlyweds. But years from now, it is often the smaller moments that bring back the strongest memories.
A laugh with a friend. A hug from a parent. Someone tearing up during the ceremony. A ridiculous dance move on the dance floor. A quiet moment when Stacey and Mario simply look at each other.
These are the moments that make every wedding different.
My job is to notice them and make sure they become part of your wedding story.
