The copyright on all images taken or created by All Saints' Photographic Studios is given to and belongs to Stephen Jorgensen and is protected under both local and international copyright laws.


SOCIAL MEDIA:  Social media plays a very important part of our marketing (hey that's probably how you found me) because of this I often post a couple of images from sessions. I never put up images of a sensitive nature and if anything is close to showing more than it should, then identities are always hidden. 

If I do post something that you really hate, please just send me a message and I will take it down. If you definitely do not want anything at all posted then please just let me know before your session event that you will not be putting any images on social media and you would prefer me not to either.

Whilst saying this please remember social media is very time consuming and I do not post images from all sessions. Please do not be offended or take offence if I do not feature any of the images from your session or wedding. I just generally grab an image here and there when I have time and I generally use what I am working on at the time.

All images printed by All Saint’s Photographic Studios or displayed on their Web site are retouched and manipulated to produce optimal results. Please also keep in mind that ours computers and our printers are closely calibrated so your prints made on other machines will differ from ours.



WEDDING BOOKINGS: Please note a non refundable retainer of $500 is required on all wedding bookings. This is taken off your total package price.

If you decide not to follow through with your wedding on the date booked, the non refundable retainer is lost however any payments over the $500  are refunded back to you.   Full contracts with inclusions etc will be sent out to you after receiving retainer.


PORTRAIT BOOKINGS: The session fee that is paid to book the session is to cover the time of the session and post production of the images.  The fee includes your first 20 images, selected and Downloaded from the online proof gallery. Extra images, prints or canvases can be purchased from the online proof gallery. The online portrait proof gallery only stays active for 90 days, after this the images are no longer available for purchase.
