DO YOU OFFER "MINI's" PORTRAIT SESSIONS?

Great question! You may have seen other photographers offering “mini sessions” — quick 10–15 minute shoots with a small handful of images. They’re super popular because they look like a bargain and are often used by photographers to fill quieter periods. Nothing wrong with that at all… it’s just not how I work.

I prefer to create images that feel personal, intentional, and timeless — and that takes a little more breathing room. My sessions aren’t rushed, because neither are the people in them. I take the time to get to know you, understand your personalities, your style, and what you’re hoping to create. That collaboration is what makes the final images truly special.

Here’s the fun part: for only $350, you get a full creative session with unlimited images — not 10. And while some “mini” sessions around here cost about $420 for just 15 minutes and 10 images, my sessions run anywhere from 15 minutes to 2 hours, depending on our goals and how much time you have. No rush, no pressure… just great photos.

In short? I don’t offer minis because your story deserves more than 15 minutes.

WHERE DO I PHOTOGRAPH?

Depending on the type of session you're after, you have three options: Studio, your home, or a location of your choice.

The Studio is ideal for personal branding, headshots, or more fine art-style sessions where controlled lighting is key. It’s also surrounded by beautiful gardens, offering a variety of settings for personal branding sessions. Since the studio area is on the smaller side, it works best for single-person sessions, couples, or small families.

There are many stunning locations around Albury-Wodonga and North East Victoria that I love working at. I’ll be happy to offer suggestions, but I’m also open to exploring new spots—especially if a particular location has special meaning to you!

Photographing at your home is always a great option! No need to worry about hiring a cleaner, painting the house, or doing a big garden overhaul. After a quick look around your space, I’ll find a couple of spots with perfect lighting that will make for amazing photos. Whether you live in a grand home or a cozy one-bedroom, I promise your photos will turn out fantastic.

WHAT IF THERE IS BAD WEATHER OR SOMEONE IS SICK?

Simple, I will reschedule. (but please give me a few hours notice) I am more than happy to reschedule for bad weather, I actually like big stormy clouds and rain, but if you would be happier rescheduling, just do it.

Please remember outdoor sessions can be booked any time butttt... If you want the nicest light and the most beautiful photos, starting an hour or so before sunset and finishing up just after is best.

GIFT VOUCHERS / EGIFT CARDS

Do you offer Gift Vouchers / eGift Cards?

Yes, absolutely! We offer both Gift Vouchers and eGift Cards, and they can be purchased for any amount. They make a wonderful gift for any occasion!

What’s the difference between a Gift Voucher and an eGift Card?

A Gift Voucher is printed on a piece of card and mailed out to either you or the recipient.

An eGift Card is sent via email and can be printed if preferred.

Both work the same way—when the recipient makes a purchase on our website, they simply enter the voucher number at checkout, and the amount will be deducted from their purchase. If the voucher is for more than the purchase, the remaining balance will stay on their account for future use.

Do Gift Vouchers / eGift Cards expire?

No, they don’t expire! Just like account credits, they are for a specific dollar amount and will always be available for use toward purchases. While prices for prints, sessions, and other items may change over time, the dollar value of your voucher will remain the same.

(So, even if it's 5 years later, while the voucher might not have the same buying power, you can absolutely still use it!)

Please note, vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, but they can always be used for purchases on our website.
