COVID - 19 updates
Visits to our office are Strictly by Appointment as we need to make sure everything is cleaned between each client. (if you are feeling unwell or showing any signs of Covid 19 please reschedule your appointment and get tested) .
COVID-19 - Due to Covid 19 restrictions, Service NSW check in must be completed before entering premises and a maximum of only two (2) people can attend an appointment. It is a condition of entry that a correctly fitting face mask is also worn at all times.
Portrait & Wedding Bookings are now being taken.
Bookings for 2022 / 23 weddings are filling fast so lock in your date to avoid missing out. 80% of our 2020 weddings where shifted back to 21/22 hence availabilities are limited.
Covid -19 Wedding Rescheduling Policy
1. Government policy not letting your wedding go ahead legally in any form (ie lock down) and needing to put your wedding back- we will change your booking to your new date if we are available, everything will remain the same, the dates on your contract will be changed and need to be resigned. If your date is not available, the non refundable retainer will be fully refunded to you. If you decide not to get married or try to reschedule, the non refundable retainer will be lost.
2. Your wedding is able to legally go ahead, but you are concerned about if it will still be ok when you get closer to the date and it would just remove a whole lot of stress to move it to next year - we will change your booking to your new date if we are available, everything will remain the same, the dates on your contract will be changed and need to be resigned. If your date is not available, the non refundable retainer will be not refunded to you.
Our wedding policy is a balance of trying to keep things fair for all parties. Non refundable retainers are paid to protect us from clients taking dates and stopping us from taking any other bookings, then changing their minds and leaving us without an income for that date.
